Moray Firth Joiners (MFJ Homes), was formed in 1986 by Peter Hizzett, a joiner to trade who served his apprenticeship at Seafield Estates in Cullen on the Moray Firth Coast of Scotland. Since then, MFJ Homes have constructed over 170 houses throughout the region, specialising in building unique and one off properties for clients from Inverness to Aberdeen.
In 1997 MFJ completed their first development of 24 houses at Balmakeith Park in Nairn, moving on to build a second of 18 homes at Logie Court in Forres.
Masonhaugh Rise is the first private development by MFJ Homes for 10 years. The picturesque coastal village of Burghead and stunning seafront location at Masonhaugh Rise lend themselves perfectly to MFJ Homes in continuing to build on their reputation for producing truly outstanding qualty and style.
MFJ Homes are members of NHBC (National House Builders Council), FMB (Federation of Master Builders), FSB (Federation of Small Businesses) and hold Electrical, Gas and Oil Installation Certifications from Select, Corgi and Oftec respectively.
